What I like to call the Hard Shit!! We talk about WHY taking a “Pain Science” Class and learning the BioPsychoSocial Approach is useless without first UNDERSTANDING yourself…..

We then move to how this training and how these skills are incorporated into the Patient Experience and HOW you bring it into the first phone call and all the steps up to the patient meeting their Provider.

As John says, “We’re trained better to feel with our hands than to feel our own feelings”….
